OnePlus 10 Pro is scheduled for January next week

Details of the OnePlus 10 Pro are said to have appeared on the Geekbench platform and the China Compulsory Certification (3C) website prior to the official launch. Listing on the Geekbench site upgrades 12GB of RAM to the upcoming OnePlus phone. However, the listing on the 3C site shows support for 80W fast charging. The upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro has already been confirmed to have Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The lead wire is also designed to come with a next-generation polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) next generation.

The Geekbench list shows the OnePlus 10 Pro with model number NE2210. A number of similar models recently appeared on the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) website and were considered to be associated with the standard OnePlus 10.

According to the list, first seen by Nashville Chatter, the phone has a chipset codenamed 'taro,' associated with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The site also shows that the phone has a memory of 10.97GB. This translates to 12GB RAM on paper.

The benchmark list also upgrades Android 12 to the OnePlus phone. In addition, it shows that the handset scored one basic point of 976 points and a maximum of 3,469 points. This does not indicate the actual performance of the OnePlus 10 Pro, however, as the phone from Geekbench may be a prototype and may need to go through future upgrades.

Separately, the OnePlus phone with the same model number NE2210 appeared on the 3C site which raises an integrated charger with a maximum output of 7.3 ampere at 11V. This suggests 80W fast charging support.

OnePlus launched the Warp Charge 65T on the OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 earlier this year. That proprietary technology provided output of up to 65W (6.5A in 10V).

By offering 80W fast charging for this, the OnePlus 10 Pro can be the fastest charging phone in the company. The technology may advance the nomenclature of the company's fast charging technology and can be called Warp Charge 80.

Looking at past rumors, the OnePlus 10 Pro may include a 5,000mAh battery. The phone also has rumors that it has 50W wireless charging above the Qi standard.

The launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro is scheduled for January, and its release date is set to be announced next week. At that time, pre-registration of the main phone has begun in China.
