Realme GT smartphones are now receiving a stable update to Realme UI 3.0, based on Android 12, in India. The latest version of Realme GT brings a new version of Android and was tested on the company's beta channel before a stable release. The upgrade to Realme UI 3.0 introduces a redesigned visual interface, which includes new icons, animation, and improvements to the default display (AOD). Users of Realme GT will also receive all the enhancements to the security and privacy of Android 12, as part of the latest update.

In an announcement at the company's official forum, Realme said a stable C.05 update for Android 12 based on Realme UI 3.0 is now being rolled out to Realme GT users in India. The update has version number RMX2202_11_C.05 and has a size of 194MB. Users who have upgraded to Realme UI 3.0 on their Realme GT smartphones will be able to take advantage of the automatic screen brightness algorithm. The virtual camera connector can now be customized, and the company says users can zoom in and out more smoothly while recording video. Gaming players should also see reduced CPU loading and reduced battery usage, at stable frames, according to the company.

Realme has also improved its performance as part of the Realme UI 2.0 update. Users will be able to drag and drop files and images into a new floating window after review. Performance enhancements include Quick Launch, a feature that prepares applications that are often opened for immediate implementation. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, and NFC should also turn on and off immediately after upgrading to Realme UI 3.0.

In addition to the new additions to the Realme UI 3.0 interface, users updating to the latest version will also have access to the specific features of Android 12 as privacy indicators to show which apps are using the microphone and camera, as well as access board warnings. Similarly, users will be able to share Wi-Fi passwords using Nearby Share and provide access to a specific location (or common location) in applications after installing an update to Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 on their Realme GT smartphones.
