A Good News For Google Employee's - Google Said US Employees Now Back To Office From April 4

Google Tech giant said it would end volunteer work at home and start relocating Bay Area and other US employees back to office from April 4. Most of our people started working from home, ”wrote John Casey, vice president of Google for global benefits in email to employees watched by CNBC.

"But advances in prevention and treatment, the continuing decline in the conditions we continue to see, and the improved safety measures we have implemented at all our Bay Area sites now mean we can officially start switching to a mixed work week," added Casey. .

Casey said other offices in the US and elsewhere would begin to return according to local circumstances, the report said.

Google's latest guide comes a week after CNBC reported that the company was resting some of its Covid-19 operations in preparation for its return.

At the time, the company had not yet set a new official return date as it last canceled its January 10 deadline during the omicron operation.

Google said it expects most employees to come to the office three days a week and have two long days off. The note from Casey includes guidelines previously reported such as the reduction of candy mandates and instructions for testing fully vaccinated employees and re-opening of facilities such as cafes, restaurants, massages and shuttles.

Employees who enter visible workplaces must still be fully vaccinated or have an approved accommodation. Casey wrote that the company will be exploring new ways of working and will "collect information, data and feedback along the way".
