iQoo 9 series a new series of smartphones officially launch on January 5




The iQoo 9 series, a new series of smartphones from the smaller version of Vivo, will officially launch on January 5 next year. The upcoming series from iQoo is said to include a vanilla model Qoo 9 next to the iQoo 9 Pro. Prior to the official disclosure, the handsets were spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website, pointing to their key specifications. Upcoming iQoo 9 phones are expected to be powered by the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro can also work on Android 12.

The upcoming iQoo 9 has been spotted on the Geekbench website with model number V2171A. The smartphone scored 1,233 points in the single-core test and 3,674 points in the multi-core test. The iQoo 9 Pro, on the other hand, appeared in the marking area with model number V2172A. He scored 1,277 points and 3,787 points in one and many basic tests, respectively. The list reveals that the iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro will have 12GB of RAM. According to Geekbench list, both phones will work on Android 12 again.

According to the list, the chipset with the codename 'taro' will enable the iQoo 9 series GHz. All of this indicates the presence of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset on the iQoo 9 series handsets.
