The iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro smartphones have recently been launched in China. Handsets are now on their way to other world markets including India soon. The Indian variants of both the iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro are said to pack different details, compared to other models. Prior to the official announcement, important features of the new iQoo 9 phones were leaked online. Both phones are said to be running on Android 12 out of the box and are expected to carry a rear camera unit three times. The iQoo 9 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 888+ processor and the Pro model is said to be loading the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. A variant of the iQoo 9 Indian is said to be equipped with a 48-megapixel main camera, while the iQoo 9 Pro is captured to get a 50-megapixel main camera.

Well-known tipster Utsav Techie (@utsavtechie) posted on Twitter the details of the vanilla handset Qoo 9. According to tipster, the Indian variant of the iQoo 9 smartphone will work on Android 12 out of the box and install a 6.56-inch AMOLED 10-bit display with a resolution of 120Hz. As mentioned, the iQoo 9 is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 888+ processor integrated with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The handset is also said to have a smart display.
Visually, the iQoo 9 can have a triple rear camera, led by a 48-megapixel main sensor. The camera unit also has a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a 13-megapixel shooter with a focus of 50mm. In addition, the iQoo handset is touched to include 120W charging support.

Another well-known tipster, Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogeshi) wrote the details of the iQoo 9 Pro differently. In line with the leak, the sporty variant of iQoo 9 Pro's Indian is a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a revival rate of 120Hz. Similar to the model unveiled in China, the Indian variant is said to be packing the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, as well as 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. According to tipster, the iQoo 9 Pro smartphone will come with dual RAM and storage configurations - 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB.
The smartphone's rear camera unit is said to include a 50-megapixel main sensor, as well as a telephoto sensor and ultrawide sensor. Of the photos you took, the iQoo 9 Pro could have a 16-megapixel shooter on the front. The handset is expected to charge 4,700mAh battery with 120W charging support.
