Vivo Y75 5G is reportedly preparing for launch in India

The Vivo Y75 5G is reportedly preparing for launch in India as the upcoming smartphone has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification and website websites of Indonesia Telecom. In addition, the upcoming Vivo smartphone was also spotted on the Geekbench rating website. The Geekench list shows the key specifications of the Vivo Y75 5G. However, another Vivo Y75 5G smartphone was spotted at Geekbench in June but it has a different model number than the recently seen one.

The upcoming Vivo Y75 5G is on the BIS list and Indonesia Telecom database. Listing was first noticed by MySmartPrice. The latter reveals that the upcoming Vivo smartphone has V2142 as its internal model name but does not disclose any smartphone details. Similarly, the BIS certificate does not override any specifications of the upcoming Vivo Y75 5G.

Earlier this month, more Vivo V2142 listings were unveiled at Geekbench. The smartphone is called the Vivo Y75 5G. The upcoming Vivo smartphone got one-point test scores ranging from 515 to 544 points. On the other hand, in the multi-core test the Vivo Y75 5G points range from 1,541 to 1,675 points.

According to Geekbench, the Vivo Y75 5G will be powered by a 2GHz octa-core ARM MT6833V / ZA processor, aka MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The chipset is shown to be paired with 8GB of RAM and Android 12. Other than this, no other information is available on the smartphone.

The Vivo Y75 5G is believed to have been spotted at Geekbench in June as well. However, the internal model that was written at the time was the V2060. The Geekbench list shows that the Vivo V2060 may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and Android 11. It scored 523 points and 1,771 points in a single test and multiple combinations.
